2 Factor Autenthication

Hello, i have problem using 2 factor authentication and warmane trade system.
There says that if u want to use trade system you need to have 2 factor A. enabled for at least 3 days, so i did like it says but i am getting same warning after 3+ days.

P.S I have dynamic IP address so when i log on i need to enter different code every time and i have 2FA enabled only on web site.
