WotLK my pvp gear is gone

i play this server since molten 2012, i never see that happened , i just need help...here is the problem. ALL MY PVP SET WF IS GONE! included waist, wrist, gloves, boots etc.

i was invited to TOC 10 so i used equipmanager to change my gear from pvp to pve set. after we killed anub i left raid then i used equip manager to put my pvp gear back . and there was all items missing,ALL! . i looked in all bags, mail, bank, and there is nothing of my gear. i submited a ticked in game and website i hope they can help me on this. im sure it was nobody hacking me since it was while i was in game.

any of you had this problem? and please fix this i hope you gimme back all my stuff , i even donated for wf shoulders....

Items you bought with coins can be restored by making a support ticket on website. Other items can not be restored.

I don't have details or information on what will be done about the missing items, but I was informed this is being looked into as it might have affected a number of players.
