Technical Wow error Then 8 hc items were gone

Hello, staffs,
I was raiding with my guild, at PP hc 25, we wiped & I died, after I released i get wow crash, i exit the game, & reopen it, & as i see i lost a lot of my items, & I'm in retri spec & without any ability in the spell book. is this a bug or what ? & can you fix it ?. btw I've ss that prove my bug, you can check the links below:

8- [Verdigris Chain Belt] - Eof quartermaster in Dalaran (Plate Waist for Protection, Armor version)

GM reply to my ticket, he said that he can not do anything about that issue, BE a GM, use your power, your command, Help us.
The main problem is, will i get this issue again? since you can not do anything, can you fix it at least? i joined this server in 2014, if you can't fix this issue or reimburse the lost items, i can't play more, its a waste of time.

I am also waiting for my tickets to be responded to. I lost Shadowmourne just after owning it for around 15 minutes, and also lost my HC Icecrown Glacial Wall. Same situation here

Server didn't need to crash for me to lose my gear. All it took is to use an equipment manager. I switched from full bis ret to holy gear, healed entire ToC raid, switched back to ret gear and BAM, I was missing my ret gloves and chest. : ) Didn't even need to go off myself for crying out loud. I really hope they find a way to restore those items. :)

Edit: I have explained the whole situation to a GM, his response was "The issue is known and being investigated by our developers, please remain patient until it is resolved".
