Missing items

im not sure where i should make my ticket, i made a ticket 6 hours and still have no response, i lost all my pvp set 7 items in total. i donated for wf shoulders for my rogue, i hope i can get all my items since it was not my fautl and is so hard to get all those arena points i had to earn to buy all the wrathfull set. thank you

As you likely already know, you create tickets within My Account > Support > Create Ticket. There is a category for missing items. Be patient and wait for a response, 6 hours is hardly a long time with a server this busy.

thank you for reply , yes i found that option. i hope they just dont forget about me ;)
