WotLK Gear missing

So today, I logged out of the game normaly with my dps gear, logged 10 mins back and 1/2 items from my DPS dk are missing, I figured sometimes it goes missing but I get it back in mail later ingame, so I logged out, now 11 hours later, I didn't get no mail and my gear is still misssing?

looks like the are today lots of people with the same problem. i lost all my wf set, i sent a ticket 10 hours ago, no response, so maybe they are trying to find a solution . for what i heard they just gonna give back items that you bought with coins. wish you best luck ....

This exact problem has just happened to me about 14 hours ago. I have also made tickets as soon as it happened and I'm still awaiting a response. I had only just bought Shadowmourne and added it to my Fury set using the default Blizzard equipment manager, then it suddenly went missing after logging out a very short time later. Now, after equipping my fishing rod and going back and forth between my Prot and Fury equipment sets I have now also lost my Icecrown Glacial Wall (HC). However, my Shadowmourne transmog on my offhand weapon remains intact. Both of these items were purchased with coins.

And yes, I still always had enough bag space to fit both equipment sets.

I did encounter a couple of error crashes during this time, as have a number of other players.

They responded to my ticket and they said "we will get back to you if we decide to give it back" so which probably means they won't reach out to me because they don't care. At least give me back Glorenzelg which I have proof that I had because I bought it a while back with vote points. This is complete bull****, what's point of playing this game if items just gonna dissapear.
