Hello as describe in topic's title i'm experiencing lags in 25 man raids , in fights i just cannot play , and when the boss is dead everything is back to normal , same issue in 20+ battlegrounds

tested other games , seems like i'm only laging in Icecrown ,

Any suggestions ?

i tried deleting cache , desabling addons , closing useless programs , nothing works :s
