WotLK Tabard gone

I have spent 2 coins on Battle Tabard of the Defilers and its suddenly gone from my character, you can check my marketplace history and i have few screenshots wearing it. I did not delete it for sure i never took it off, why would i? Can you return it to me? My transmog looks very bland now. I've made a ticket and GM said i should send them some kind of ID, if they meant item ID, its 20131. Cognoscere is the GM that responded to my ticket.

Open support in your account section on the website then create ticket with "item missing" category then pick tabard from the list.
