Burning Crusade Cannot play because cannot download BC or WotLK; HELP

I have been trying to find a link for 4 hours that works to start either BC or WOTLK. The links are either out of date, or if I have loaded them (in 5 hours), they cannot be installed (installer does not work; an error message comes in: "unable to initialize streaming. please check your internet connectio. if this problem persists, pleace contact blizzard technical suport) ). About torrent doesn't work anything, it doesn't start, although I have activated the 2 things that need to be active. How do I get around to playing the game? Ask for help
