[ANSWERED]Bugged character after being purchased via Trade

Dear Staff,

Recently I have donated and purchased a character due to the reason that I do not have the time to level, although I have encountered issues that I have not been expecting. My character spells,professions and some achievements (the Explorer for example) are completely bugged. I have tried writing a ticket in-game and also via website - no luck there, so that is the reason I am taking this issue up here. I do not believe a 31day playtime and realm first achievement character has 0 spells and as for the professions I do not even know how to explain it. Kindly find attached some screenshots of everything I am talking about.

P.S. I have tried deleting cache folder and restarting game, wouldn't help.
