i have to ask someone, i'm using BuffLibs addon for showing enemy/party cds on targets and sometimes its buggy, its not working, any explanation?

Any advice why it doesn't work as it should? Am i using bad version or it's server issue, few of my friends have the same problem with BuffLib Addon.
