WotLK System Requirements

I have downloaded the Mac client that is available, and I'm getting error message that says it cannot be run on this type of Mac. are there any particular system requirements for this download?

I used to play WOTLK on this machine, so I'm concerned about the issue arising in the first place

thanks for the link, I've followed the instructions and it still won't open, it shows the launcher was converted from text. it also shows the world of Warcraft icon. when I click it, it shows that it still "...cannot be opened by this Mac"
I go to "show package contents" and it shows the file only being able to be opened by the terminal
any tips?

unfortunately I do not have a Mac so I can just link you old post about players who have been able to solve the problem

If this does not work you may try to find a Wotlk for Mac on the internet, then you will just need to change realmlist to play on warmane.
