Buying char without ashen verdict ring

Hello,

I am planning to buy a character from Warmane trade system. However, to get the price down by a little bit, i am planning to buy a character with The ashen verdict reputation exalted, but without the ring (deleted probably).

Since the ring is quest item or something like that, my question is, will i be able to buy a ring from the vendor or is it lost forever, since it was already bought once. I hope i will get a response from someone with experience in this. Thank you in advance.

After you buy the character, you will have to make a support ticket in game to get the quests reset.
