my question is within the title. i tryed to go to class master but there isn't a way to activate it.
I want to add some information to specify my situation and to avoid having forgotten something obvious.
my highest level character is 58, i play on lordaeron, i read that you have to go on services and pay 100 g to get dual spec but i can't find it, at least not on lordaeron.
