Forum Donation: Payment gone through, but i have 0 coins?

Payment gone through(20euros / 24 coins), but im sitting at 0 coins? Someone help? Ive opened a ticket ingame but..
I just read this on the website "Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for coins to be granted to your account".
I did the donation this afternoon around 5pm server time. Someone help please?

Ingame ticket won't help. Make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]

Thanks im trying, but why can i choose only "ban appeal" on the categories list, for the website ticket. Zzzz

Only premium accounts have other ticket types. You have to send an email instead.
