WotLK Cannot figure out Atlas for the life of me

I made a post like this a long *** time ago, but it has me especially triggered today and i dont know why. For some reason, im able to install recount and gearscore with zero problems. But mother****ing atlas loot, i have scoured the warmane forums, followed probably 3 different guides, installed 10+ versions of atlas loot claiming to be for wotlk 3.3.5, installed them the exact same way i do all the other addons that work, and for some unknown reason, i just cannot get this addon to even show up in the character selection screen. Idk what to do anymore but beg support & Q/A for some kind of explanation.

is there an unnecessary folder between your Addons-folder and Atlas?
It should be like:
WoW/Interface/Addons/Atlasloot
WoW/Interface/Addons/Atlasloot_BurningCrusade
and rest of the files.
Not like:
WoW/Interface/Addons/Atlasloot/Atlasloot
WoW/Interface/Addons/Atlasloot/Atlasloot_BurningCrusade
etc.
