I am writing this mail to verify a certain matter about a ban.

I discovered a bug that makes you able to fly in the isle zone only, this can not be used in arena or Battle ground, only in the isle zone which is pretty much dead anyways. I've attempted to get in contact with you guys via mail in game for a week or so since I discovered the bug.
In my mail I discribed the situation and asked you guys what will happen and how long the suspension would be if I attempted to do this.

I have never hacked once in my life in any game just to make that clear.

However I verify that I used this bug a couple of times, bug abouse should not be taken as hard as a cheat, so this will be a 3 day ban?

I enjoy playing on warmane and I've used this account since the very beginning of Arena Touenament, if I've gotten an answear in game about the consevences, I would never even attempt this matter. However the ticket never got answeared.

I've donated for gear and mogs, thats how much I love my toon on your private server.

I hope for a positive feedback about this matter and I will be seeing you in game I hope in the future :)

Exploits have to be reported on bug tracker. You knew that it was an exploit and you chose to keep using it. Maybe they did not answer your tickets because your intention was always just to use the exploit. Using the exploit is not really different from using fly hack in the same zone. The effect is the same. You can make a ban appeal using support system on website here.
