Site Unable to donate

I'm trying to donate, but despite entering (and re-entering) my correct Visa information, I keep getting a "Transaction Wasn't Completed :(" error.

I've created a paymentwall account. It's logged in and displays my 0 balances at the top when I am trying to donate. I've read the donation guide/FAQ, but there wasn't anything helpful in there for this situation.

I'm using a clean Chrome browser with no extensions that would screw anything up.

Is there another step that I am missing?

contact paymentwall's support, probably be faster and easier to just grab a prepaid cc or another prepaid method tho.

Purchasing a different payment method first is rather inconvenient, though.

If you're not using euros that could be an issue. I recommend a gift card or something, like a dollar general gift card, if they have one where you live that is.

They are around, but I never go into them.

My friend, who is also in US, was able to do it with no issues, also using his bank Visa card. Different bank, though.
