Website Character restoration system

To Whom It May Concern,

I am opening this topic regarding one of the website services - character restoration. There is a certain problem with the system as I experienced it through creating and deleting new characters.

As it says in the 3 point of the service:

- Characters under level 75 are not stored upon deletion and cannot be restored.

However, I have deleted few characters under that level and they continue to be stored by the system. Moreover, my in-game ticket was dismissed and the Game Master said that he cannot do anything about this problem. I don't know how your staff operates so I am posting here to see if this is the right place as there is no section in the bug tracker regarding the website and if the problem can be resolved.

It was intentionally changed to store all characters like 2 months ago but that text was not updated. So the suggestion could be to change the text in Character Restoration service description.
