    Account stolen

    Hi there,
    Can you tell me what´s going on? Someone sign in my account and deleted all my gear, rare items and money from character "Gladely". I use difficult password just for this game and I have never said that to anyone, so I don´t get it. Is possible to punish the culprit and return things back?

    lost/stolen items are never returned. keeping your account secure is your responsibility.
