If you want to sell naked chars for 30 coins, add some value to them, for example, professions or gold. Or just don't try selling naked chars. Character trade system probably wasn't meant to directly compete with instant levelup service.

problem is, it will take years to find someone buying chars for 350+ coins

I think people buy chars with a few BiS items and with the other gear removed. That's cheaper than buying instant levelup and the items separately.

Lemme tell you how it works. You can buy lvling for 20 coins and get starter gear, nothing more
Or
You can get 80 lvl char with few boe (264ilvl), dual spec, few k gold, 280 ridding, 2 maxed profesjons, some cool achievments/mounts for 30 coins. Bad deal?
Or
Instead of paying 20 coins for lvling and 23 for bis weapons, 43 combined, you can buy character like above with proffs boes mounts gold da and with one bis Item for like 44or 48 coins, cant remember.

Imo 20 coins for lvling is close to pointless to use
