Hi Staff,
Just a little note to tell you that account ___________ is banned for botting and this is really an unfair decision. I know this person, he is a friend and a coworker, he is honest and using a bot would not even cross his mind. If you use programs to detect bot, you should then consider changing them as he was not using one. How many account got banned on behalf those fail programs? I now you do your best to rule the server. I am just trying to fixed a wrong decision. TY to have read this.

Your friend needs to open a ban appeal under My Account -> Support
