WotLK Account must be offline

I'm trying to restore a character but it says "your account must be offline." I've been logged out for over an hour now, refreshed my brower, logged out, and deleted my cookies. Anyone know how to fix this?

A friend had an issue where he hit Alt+F4 on Lordaeron so he had to log in there and logout nicely. That could be fixed, but check your other reams/expansions if you're logged in there, who knows.

Relogged multiple times in past 8 hours on both accounts on 2 different expansion - same
Even if you crash while playing it should be problem for like ~20 minutes till the system flag your character inactive ingame
A lot bad things started to happen after the last "maintenance"
