WotLK Problems with graphic options saving (WotLK WoD models)

Good day to you. I faced a strange problem after downloading a WotLK (WoD models) client. Each time I quit the game it resets all the options and asks to accept license agreement like I log in for the first time. Thought that the problem is with my PC, but I see the same thing on a notebook.

What should I do?

Right click WoW folder, select "Properties" and uncheck "Read-only".
