WotLK Inv was full and cleaned space to pick up won item, but couldn't pick up item...

The boss died, I won the roll for the item and then realized my inv was full.
Then tried to pick it up and the boss is bugged it doesn't' let me loot him.

There's no support for issues like this, all you can do is report it on the bug tracker if it doesn't already exist and remember to keep space in your bags before looting.
