Hi gm or anyone, i need help.
today i logged and i see, ALL MY CHARACTERS are deleted, and i just have this game to play and all my time was lost too, my points was lost cause the same ***** used to change the name ;C i need help from any gm or mod, cause if can't i will stop to play, bcause i haved 2 chars are on 80 lvl and now deleted and also i can't vote to pick my points of today and also too i don't will lose time to UP a char again and etc.. .. i sad :C

As for the rest, your account security is your own responsobility, consider using 2 factor authenitaction. You can try sending an email to [email protected]

Edit: if you had some items purchased with coins, you might be able to get those back if you open a suspport ticket on website.
