WotLK Paywall "couldn't process payment"

Just purchased 33 coins from paywall. Instead of giving me coins it gave me a message that the payment couldn't be processed. Then, paywall charged my card and didn't email me a receipt. Here I sit, 33 dollars poorer and no coins. Nice.
