Hey, i just got back from a long *** break of not playing and now i want to start again, so i log back on and it denies me access, so i try the forum and it says "a temporary password has been sent to your email" the only problem with this is that the email that i used to create my first account got hacked a few years ago, so obviously i cant get in to it and grab the new password, i've already e-mailed and made several tickets about this problem in game but haven't gotten any help or responses yet, anyone wanna tell me how to solve this problem? cause im not going to start over as i had several hundred hours put in to all my 9 level 80's with 5k+ gear score and also i donated on that account, would appreciate some help here!

Ingame tickets won't help you with this. Sending an email to [email protected] is the right way of contacting support. They can take a few days to reply. If your current account is premium, you can also make a support ticket on website here but the same people handle the email and support tickets.

I emailed first of all, then i made a new account to create tickets and then as a last resort i made this thread. i was kind of hoping that one of the gm's would see it and contact me, maybe thats just wishful thinking though. i just feel like a few days to get a reply is too long lol, then how long will i have to wait for the 2nd answer? because i can promise you that the problem wont be fixed right away after the first reply lol x)

This forum section is for players to help other players so it's very unlikely that it will make anything faster. After initial response, replies might take less time.

Alright then, any suggestions as to how to maybe speed up the process then? cause one of my friends got access to his original acc today and he also made a ticket about me and got almost an instant response, but stil haven't heard anything back from them even though he told them about my situation
