WotLK Stuck in Group.

Earlier today I completed a ToC HC RDF which bugged with 2 healers. once the instance was complete I left the zone and the group, when trying to reque for another instance I get the role selection as if there are multiple players in the group. when trying to invite players to a group i get the system message "is not in your instance."

I am unable to leave the group, enter new instances or even do pvp.

I have tried dying, hearthing, character stuck both ingame and out, noting has fixed my issue.
