Lordaeron Can't get reward or quest [The Completed Orb of Dar'Orahil]

I played in Lordaeron, nickname is: Bogglukhov.
I'v waiting for quest [The Completed Orb of Dar'Orahil] all day, and even level up, but it nothing to happen, i know, that i must complete quest in tower before, but i completed [Shard of a Felhound] before. I'v tried to speak with this tower NPC, but it's nothing to happen. When i tried to complete this quest, there are void description with only name of quest. In quest for robe with the same NPC, also was wrote to wait, but i take this robe immediately.
I thing problem, that NPC say's that i need to talk with NPC's inside tower to accept quest [Shard of a Felhound], but i accept and even probably completed it before i completed [Fragments of the Orb of Orahil]. I accept quest for shard, and then immediately accept quest for fragments, and i thing, that i take reward for [Shard of a Felhound] before, and thing that this is bug, because i read that such a bug exists.
Can you at least to throw off this quest chain, so that I can do everything in the lead sequence?
