1. Haven't received e-mail with new password

    I'm doing this post for my brother who's password had expired when he tried to login after a long break, when he got that message it said they had sent him a new password, he also wasn't sure what his account name was so he clicked "forgot you account username"
    It's almost been a day now and no e-mails have arrived.
    Does it just take a long time to receive these emails or what's up, how does he get a new password and the info about his account name?

    Edit: Solved it, the e-mail did arrive but it was just confusion about it being sent to gmail and not his normal one :)
    If an admin sees this you can just delete this post.
