Forum So i subimited a ban repeal on my account that was hacked.

They have decided not to lift the ban because someone who had hacked the account and stolen all the info had used botting software. HOW IS THIS FAIR? I didn't do anything wrong. I took a break and came back to see that the account was banned because it was hacked by some dude in Germany . I just don't understand why punishing me when the account was cleary hacked . They changed email, password and added two factor authentication onto the account and it was from an IP 4000 miles away from me.

You still were the one responsible for keeping the account safe from access. Usually that sort of ban is revoked, so the rule breaks must have been quite extreme for the appeal to be rejected. Either way, posting on the Forums about this sort of thing is against its rules, and isn't going to change the reply you received.
