[ANSWERED]Donation and/or VIP

Hello and thank you for taking your time to read this! I donated about 10.00 EUR, ($11.20 USD for me), for the 10 coins and the VIP status for my account around Yesterday Morning/Evening, but nothing has came in yet for either coins or the VIP. It already drew out the money as a "Authorized Transaction" on my credit card. Is this normal to wait this long for them to come in? It said it would be about 30 minutes for the coins, but like I previously said, it's been about a day. Thank you again for taking time to read this and help me!
