Lordaeron Logged in after extended period and can't find my character

Hello!
I haven't logged in a long time... a bit less than 2 years but today I decided to play a bit and I can't find my character!
it shows (1) on the server list but I don't see my character. I had a paladin on Lordaeron in the high 60's. Is my character deleted or something?

Only characters under level 10 are getting deleted during inactivity cleanups. If you are sure that it's the right account and that you really had a char there, someone else might have logged on your account and deleted it. You can try making a support ticket on website here or sending an email to [email protected]

Thank you for the info. I am sure I had a character there. Also on the server list it shows (1) which means there is one character there... but when I connect to the server my character isn't available. I will try to email them.
