WotLK Banned for 2 months for njinja?

Hello i made RS25 raid 2 days ago and at the end of raid (everyeone were random, only 1 friend from guild).
At the end of raid this neck dropped https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=54581. Only 2 players rolled on it, Fwarrior and Retpally.
Paladin won the roll. I never played ret. paladin but from what i heard from other ppl arp is rly bad stat on Ret paladins, everyone from raid told me to give it to warr i asked in my guild and they comfirmed also that neck that ret pally has (woodins) is much better then this neck.
I first time saw this paladin and warrior.. You can see that warrior is not from my guild,also if u ask him he will comfirm that he first time sees me.
I didnt njinja item for my friend or guildie or myself i just tried to do the right thing, only reason i gave it to warrior is cause all stats are perfect for warrior and it sucks on ret pally.
Please check item stats and take it in consideration, hope you can remove ban from my account(or at least decrease time baned) cause i didnt njinja it, just tried to do the right thing. Why would i njinja item for warrior that i first time see in my life?

That's probably BiS item for Retribution. People who tell you ArP is not for paladins are ignorant, you should not listen to them. Crusader Strike, Divine Storm and auto-attacks all benefit from Armor Penetration, and it becomes viable stat (Just like Agility.) once you get enough Strength. Before that Strength point mark, they should focus maxing Strength. Either way, this neck is perfect, as it gives Strength, Critical and ArP.

you rolled need on an item you don't need. that's on you, not the devs.

You didnt give chance for pally to roll on it and instantly passed the loot to warrior without asking pally now deal with your ban faggit it should be 120 days tho

Why would you deny a paladin you've seen the first time in your life the roll then? Just because someone said it's the right thing?
You're not the guy to decide who deserves which item when it's not blatantly obvious (like a warrior rolling on int).
