WotLK Please keep us posted on what's on your mind it terms of fixing bg imbalance

There are several topics on how the new cross realm+mercenary mode made the bgs very one sided. But I can't seem to recall one staff answering the question or giving us some inkling on how warmane is going to move forward. Are you guys happy with the current state of bg's? I imagine not, but we have no idea and with every day people, myself included, gets more and more frustrated by the obvious bg problem.

What's worse the imbalance is making players switch team, thus making the problem grow exponentially. For my part, everything you did after the crossrealms were well meaning attempts at trying to put a band-aid over band-aid on the huge problem that mixing a pay to win server, a hardcore blizlike server, and an insta 80 fun server would inevitably bring.

It has been talked to death that the main cause of the imbalance was the human racial, perceived or otherwise, it gives a boost to alliance pvp player count. This isnt so bad in a regular server, and causes a slight imbalance. But the fun server extremely exaggerated this phenomena to the extent that you had to implement mercenary mode for shorter queue time for alliance, which in turn made the horde side flood with blackrock players, majority of which are actually ally thus creating the current imbalance. It really became unplayable for the most of the time for horde and I'm afraid it's gonna get worse and worse, as the pvp people will switch to the alliance and eventually, you gonna have to put another band-aid by making crossfaction bgs, correction: ally vs ally bgs.

You need to act quick, this thing is the equivalent of global warming on this server. It will eat up the pvp if you dont act. Do one of several things suggested by players, give a buff to pvp trinket, nerf human racial, give human racial to horde as well, roll back on the cross realm or mercenary mode, or exclude blackrock from crossrealms. You need to do something to protect the faction balance. But please oh please, keep us informed.

Tell us you are working on something to fix this. Because that has been one of the more frustrating thing on our part to bear.

The staff going silent on all the people telling rightfully that there is something terribly wrong with these bgs! So if you've seen nothing, if the crimes of these graveyard campers remain unknown to you, then I would suggest that you allow the Alterac Valley bg to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek, then I ask you to stand beside me, fix the bloody thing, and together we shall give them an alterac valley that shall never, ever be forgotten! But please, and i cannot stress this enough, do keep us posted!^^
