    Can I have a name of a character 4 years offline?

    I will like to have the named I used my whole wow life, and its used by a character who hasnt played in the last 4 years, who havent even played once with this character. Thancks!

    No, we don't do that. Either they get the name removed during an inactivity clean up (and you take it before someone else) or the name is unavailable.
