Realms Transfer from one realm to another

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if warmane could institute a service including a realm to realm transfer (eg : from Icecrown to Lordaeron or reverse).
Back in the day this service was existing and provided by Blizzard so i know Warmane could institute this new service.

Since the services faction change, character re-customization cost between 20 & 30 coins, i think the realm to realm transfer could be around 30 coins (it was 20€ back in the day on the retail).

In fact, i played a lot on Lordaeron a few years ago made a break and all my friends passed to Icecrown, and i'd really like to transfer my character from Lordaeron to Icecrown.

If anyone is in the same case as me and would like to have this service instituted let us know!

Blizzard can do that cause all of their realms are x1 everything. Here Icecrown is x7, way faster, cheaper too probably (I don't play on Lord) so what'd prevent people from just gearing up in a day and transfering to Lord? Icecrown also isn't hardmode like Lordaeron is, no instances are buffed, people have tons of stuff stacked up, economy is different.
And all that aside there's this in the rules: "Realm transfers - We have specific reasons for what realms we allow character transfers between. Please do not suggest that we open or close them."
