[ANSWERED]IP Banned - But Not My IP

Hi,

I haven't played on this server in a while. I got an e-mail today saying my password expired and I was given a new one, so that made me to decide to try out the server again. I came onto the website first wanting to change my password from the one sent to me by e-mail and my account portal says I'm IP banned for suspicious activity. However the IP itself isn't my IP, and it said my 'last seen' was over 300 days ago, so I'm not sure how I was able to do anything suspicious when I haven't even logged recently.

I looked up the IP it said that was banned and it's an IP from China, where I'm not even close to.

As my IP is different I was able to log into the server, but functionality on the website (including making a ticket) is blocked due to the suspension. Could I get some help with this?
