My friend always logged everyday, we was playing farming herbalism he was in the follow and we was talking in the discord leveling together a alliance player he was complaining about lag I saw him on the minimap walking then coming back to the same place, he tried to relog and then booom a big list of Ban for bot not just him and probably people which did nothing also, I thought he didn't got banned cuz I didn't saw his name on the list he said they show the username and he was there... I saw some similar topics about Ban for bot for no reason very disgusting seeing people laughing about it and etc.
We always recommended warmane for people who wanted a good experience of WoW, that was very sad he opened a Ban Appeal but its very probably the they will gonna say nothing for him. How a player depositing so much time in a server which can ban any moment for a error in his Anti-Cheat.
I still hope u guys reconsider his position, even if they say sorry about the ban how we can play with this afraid of get a ban again permanently. U guys have a lot of players playing and probably don't care about this... I have prints of the situation and if he's playing alone how prove ? How deal with that ? Such a shame.

let him deal with it through the appeal. posting about it on the forums does nothing.

Does nothing for you which is not involved, the support need know this issues for improve his anti-cheat system to stop ban perma people for no reason. More with this kind of topic can change the way they look to the anti-cheat system.

yes cause i'm sure some randomer can give them such insight into the anticheat they've spent **** knows how long working on.
that aside this section is for players to help other players. posting anything here aimed at the staff is the next best thing to useless.
