Which faction is better for pvp? (Icecrown)

If I were to make a class and only do random BGs, which side would be better?

I ask because I tried pvp on the server for the first time today as alliance and I lost 8 BGs in a row. Not sure if thats the norm or just bad luck

Depends who wants to be better. Alliances was kicking a lot of *** like a month ago, now the horde seems to be doing well.

Roll ally side for the superior human racial and enable mercenary mode on the website at - my account - settings.
Mercenary mode will place you in BGs on the horde side when they need more players.
Hence, you can fight in BGs for both factions when you roll ally.

Last I played, Alliance did the most good in PVP.

In my experience, whichever faction you are not playing at that time. And vice versa.

But seriously, it also depends a lot on time of day. Or just getting lucky with the draw.
For serious win results, getting a team is always more profitable.
Spend some time educating people willing to learn.
(the people who don't reply with "stfu noob" when suggesting maybe to turn off Aspect of the Pack while PvP'ing on FoS cos KB+damage done = AV wins)
