1. Bug tracker suggestions

    1) Triagers should more proactive; if you're unlucky a valid bug will simply sit there as unconfirmed forever buried in thousands of other bugs

    2) Users should be able to edit and dismiss their own bugs and edit their own comments

    3) Dismissed bugs should allow for new comments

    4) You should be able to report users. For example this guy has been spamming the same useless bug for months: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker?filter&t=TodHunter--I don't know if the triagers have the necessary tools to ban this user from the bug tracker

    5) It's not clear what the "updated" column means and sorting by it doesn't seem useful

    6) There are many bugs that are marked as secret for no clear reason but they are linked to publicly by triagers/developers making some conversations hard to follow

    7) There's no history of state changes; new events such as "bug is now marked as confirmed" should appear as comments with a timestamp

    8) Triagers should not delete bugs unless they are a blatant case of abuse or spam. If a bug is invalid, then dismiss it as invalid

    9) If a bug report is made non-public (because it's an exploit, for example) it should still be visible to the user who reported it

I'd like to point out how they dismissed the spam made 6 days ago, yet there are things that are actual bugs sitting as unconfirmed for 2+ years. Thanks Warmane staff.

Anyways, good suggestions, I agree with all of them, all valid points.
