Technical problems with ticket creation

cant create any tickets at website.. my account -> support -> create ticket -> and he have nothing in the category field except Ban appeal.. all time writes error not valid or error category

how i can create ticket ??? when i only need help from the support/gm (in game its need waiting 2-4 days)

Other ticket types are available for premium users, as their mostly regarding donation.
If you have an in game problem, you can try asking on here to see if other players can guide you or open a ticket in game.
