There is groups in the (Normal Mode) LFD system (levels 71->80) on Icecrown (and linked servers? as in our argument he called me by "name-Icecrown"), that are purposely bugging other players quests, and then reporting the person/s that were doing the quest as disrupting game play. Apparently when you ask for a Kick you get reported instead and find you've been banned for 48~ hrs the next day.
How does one get banned for game disruption, when the group in question disrupted you and your game play.
A simple kick would have sufficed, but this group would rather engage in an argument that would go on longer than is needed, accusing you of disrupting their game after knowing they disrupted you.
Note: just simply leaving by logging off in the middle of the un needed argument still dosent mater you still get this ban.
Culling Stratholm, 1st quest requires you to zap the plague crates, if somone selects to skip this at the start and your mid quest the counter vannishes and stops you from being able to complete it.
First, it's not clear to me that that's a bug. It might be on purpose. If someone chooses to skip, the actual dungeon starts, so players shouldn't be playing with the crates anymore.
Second, asking to be kicked from a dungeon is unfortunately a bannable offence. Culling is a dungeon almost nobody likes so GMs are pretty sensitive about it.
Normal LFD is where you do your quests in the first place, this was not a Heroic dungeon.
Now if this is the case I'm going to start doing the same thing with people that have yet to complete quests in a Normal dungeon.
