Update on the rumored Classic Realm?

A while back someone posted that warmane is working on a classic server. Are there any updates to this rumor? is it happening? is there a release schedule? anything?

Retail classic is what people are talking about. I doubt Warmane has any plans for opening Vanilla client... Yet.

All other classic realms have gone from thousands and queues in the first 2-3 months to just a few hundred players afterwards. It's always just a nostalgia hit and then people quit.
If they wanna do it ok, but I'd guess it's a bad idea.

People have played vanilla for too much. There was Lig*** H*** server and it was almost the best vanilla one. Now for blizzard, there's a big queue so people are really into that. Nobody gonna play vanilla here. There are way more benefits at blizzard one. First one is having no store or any donations there for gold,etc.

Also if you guys wonder, yes there are huge amount of multiboxers on blizzards realms as well. People already saw 40 man lolz.

Well actually wasnt a rumor, i clearly remember Malaco was streaming and explaning all the things about "Warmane Vanilla" (Increased xp rates and so on), but who knows if the project was continued or they give up few later (Even if i personally think i would have been a great idea to attract players from other old pservers, who wont pay blizzard montly sub)

Lies, there may be multiboxers, but there surely aren't a "lot" of them, since I played for 30 hours on 2 realms and haven't met a single one.

There are huge amount of multiboxers with 40 man, don't misjudge because you maybe played gnomes/dwarf and didn't see it. Human starting zone is where cancer spreads.

But yeah if you didn't see it, nobody did see it! Great logic...

On day 1, I saw several night elves setting up for multiboxing. I know the drill so I understood what was happening. Names gave away everything @_@
