    The server don't send me the email for recover username or password

    I don't play for almost 2 years and now I want to use the option to recover the username and password but nothing happens. When I try to create another account using my old email it says the email is already in use (obviously), so the email isn't wrong. Please help me.
    My account was not created before 2017.
