I want to change my forum name. Please tell me how to do it and who to contact for it. Also I want to ask if I want to donate to skip queue is there a MUST of how much i have to donate or it doesnt matter for how much money I donate? I will get the premium account anyways?

Send Palutena a private message with the name you want.
And queue skipping is permanent with any amount donated for all realms except Lordaeron (though it doesn't have a queue anymore).

Okay I am trying to donate with "WeChat" but I can't make account? When I put everything and click "Sign Up" it says that the website is not working. Help?

If you are not from China, you most likely won't be able to donate with WeChat Pay anyway.

Check what payment methods are available to you on donation window. There might be some gift card and prepaid card payment methods. What's available to you depends on your country. SMS donations are available in only a few countries.

Can I change my country of my account for example. I have only 2 methods by Mobile which is WeChat and card payment - Visa, Mastercard, Paysafe, Mint.
Thats all I have. Maybe I can change my country so I can pay with SMS or I don't know?

You could use a VPN but that's most likely not going to make SMS donation work for you because your phone number is from different country.
Paysafecard is a prepaid card. If it's listed, you can probably buy it at some locations in your country. You can check it here: https://www.paysafecard.com/
