Just curious if i will be broke, if i do a character boost to lvl 70

Heyy. I'm thinking about trying this out, because i'm not really feeling classic wow. But before i do this character boost, i'm just curious if i will be broke and not be able to afford spells. How do people usually start off after a boost?

Also , do people raid Kara and all that on the TBC servers? I see the population is a little low, but this was my fav expansion!

TBC is a dead server pretty much. Only few people are there + tons of bots.
