Technical There Was a BIG Mistake

I just got finished buying and installing the new internet to my house, and the very first time I tried logging to warmane with it, i got kicked out. I went to the website and realised MY IP HAS BEEN TERMINATED. Please do not ignore this post, just read wha i have to say, i assure you, i did not do anything wrong.

For things to be worse i can't even write a ticket to address this and try to appeal. So the only thing left to do for me is write here.

As I said, just an hour ago I had completely different internet, this is the very first time I tried logging in to warmane with THIS IP and this internet, and im sure you can check that. So in no way shape or form is it possible that im banned, cause i never even made it in game.

Even on the old IP, i never Advertised A SINGLE THING, I barely even write in chat when im making raids, so idk what advertisement is even supposed to mean and how can i get permanently banned for it.

The only thing I can think of is that my new dynamic ip, was previsouly banned by you guys, when it was used by someone else. But please check that what I am saying is true and that this IP never even SUCCESFULY Logged my account.

The only reasonable explanation is that there has been some sort of misunderstanding.

I hope you can help me with this, I never even dreamed of getting banned.
