[ANSWERED]i'm banned but i didnt do anything of what they claims i did!

Hi im for some reason 'banned for botting' but i have done no such thing!
i am really confused about this honestly
i was just playing normally and then suddenly i get kicked and i tried to get in to game again but it said i was banned
i have no idea how it should even be possible to use a bot i know very little about computers actually and im completely honest when i say i am 100 percent awful at this game but i still very much enjoy it i have played on your servers since 2015
back then i did not even know english very well but now that i do this game has sparked an even bigger intrest in me and i want to get better at this game
i would really like to know what i have done to get banned because as far as i know i did not do any botting and it is my own personal computer so no one else could have done anything either!? i put in a ban appeal but just got this answer from Smyth:

im really angry honestly as i have not done any botting! this ban thing happend exactly one week after i donated 50 euros also!? i find that highly suspicious actually. and there wont be a proper discussion about what went wrong? im just banned permanently for something i clearly know i didnt do!? without even the tiniest warning either? can this be true? because to me it does not make any sense!
