WotLK Character Restoration

I'm writing here cause support through account panel is non-existent.

How come I am not able to restore my character for free if I accidentally deleted it recently, it's yesterday? Got a message I need more coins/points which should not be a problem because of:
Characters are eligible for no-cost restore within 2 days grace period after deletion.

You can only restore 1 character per week for free. If you already restored a character recently, you won't be able to restore another character for free.

Ah that kinda sucks. I haven't played for over a year and all my 4 characters are missing. I didn't think about logging in during that time. I guess at least it's less to grind than starting over at lvl 1.

Did you check in-game or on website?
If they do not appear on website it means they got flagged for a rename, not deleted
